Said payment sum must be in the form of a Certified Check to be received by the office on or before June 20 2005. To ensure proper delivery, please forward said payment via overnight express courier service.
Upon clearance of said Certified Check payment, as stated above, a letter will be provided to you stating account has been “Settled”. Furthermore this office agrees to advise our client to update you credit report accordingly.
